I had a pleasant stay at Hacinco Hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter. My room was spacious and impeccably clean, which I really appreciated. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, though I did encounter one overly friendly employee during the night. The only downside was that breakfast wasn't included, a contrast to my other stays in Vietnam.

I had a great time at Hacinco Hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy, which I really appreciated. One downside was that breakfast wasn't included, unlike other places I've stayed at in Vietnam at a similar price, plus one of the night staff was a bit too friendly for my comfort, especially as a solo female traveler.
